To portray EMA's array of services, a colourful geometric visual signifying the building blocks of Singapore over the years is used as the cover image. Featuring mediums ranging from the MRT and HDB, to industrial buildings and construction sites.

The report consists of visually interactive infographics, transforming the heavy statistic contents into bite sized information. Giving the report a dimensional look that is both welcoming and legible.
